Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Portfolio Support Specialist to provide support in quantum sensing, positioning, navigation, timing, and communications. The successful candidate will serve as the action officer and organizational hub for a large multi-program team. The candidate should be conversant in quantum science, photonics, or a related scientific discipline, and possess exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central action officer and organizational hub for a multi-program team
Coordinate technical, financial, and organizational tasks among team members and management
Manage multiple overlapping project schedules with complex interdependencies
Facilitate and orchestrate large team activities, testing events, and schedules
Schedule and plan meetings with various participants, including government and contractor teams
Coordinate unclassified and classified test events with diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
Knowledgeable in quantum science, photonics, or a related scientific discipline
Exceptional organizational skills
Proven experience in project management
Successful experience tracking tasks, deadlines, testing events, and action items
Experience coordinating tasks for a team of technical and financial support staff
U.S. citizenship with a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI DoD security clearance
Desired Capabilities and Characteristics:
At least two years of experience in program or project management
Basic technical background in quantum science or photonics
Excellent technical writing skills, including proofreading and quality control
Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Position Overview:
We are seeking accomplished Mixed-Signal/Photonics Engineering candidates to support technical oversight, transition partner engagement, program expansion analysis, task management, and new program development. Specific areas of interest include integrated photonics, mixed-signal electronics, RF electronics, optical systems integration, RF systems integration, electronic-photonic co-design, Doppler radar, high-modulation-format RF communication, high TRL and/or operational optical systems, and familiarity with DoD optical or RF S&T enterprises.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Engineering or Physical Science (Ph.D. preferred)
2+ years of work experience beyond graduate school
Knowledgeable in quantum science, photonics, or related scientific disciplines

We are seeking a qualified Physicist to provide portfolio support focusing on new program development and analysis for ongoing program management. The role will transition into full program management over the program lifecycle. Areas of interest include quantum optics, physical chemistry, high-energy/particle physics, and AMO (atomic, molecular, optical) physics.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Physics (Applied Physics or related fields also acceptable)
Experience in experimental physics with an understanding of optics
Expertise in quantum optics, physical chemistry, high-energy/particle physics, and AMO physics
Secret clearance or ability to obtain
